  3. World Monetary Guide will not accept refusal by PPC providers not to pay any amount of clicks accruing to the company due to reports of invalid clicks, or for any other reason in an attempt to protect third party or client of the providers interest.
  4. World Monetary Guide strongly believed in the spirit of enterprise as a going concern and must do everything within its reach to forestall this aspiration.
  5. If any money or monies owed to the company is withheld, forfeited, seized by any debtor on account of wrongful service or product purchased or ser vice subscribed with the company, additional interest at 10% will be calculated and added to the principal amount owed after the first one month of such decision.

Rate cards are provided on the advertisement page for different products or Web site services.

  8. Fees must be paid and received by the Accounts Department before advertising instruction is carried out.
  9. OUTGOING CONTRACTS:
This constitutes all contracts awarded by World Monetary Guide to external contractors which includes amongst others; Web building, Printing, advertising and promotion, consulting and much more.

In terms of Web building and designing contracts, World Monetary Guide maintains the following condition or criteria to assess the job at its completion and it is through this means that this type of job could be deemed having been delivered.
    • The job of Web building or development awarded to external company or contractor needs to be delivered by submitting a finished work to the Management on a CD Rom.
    • Any copy of such Works shall be kept or retain at the head office as a back-up in case there occur an incident of network failure resulting in data lost at anytime.
    • If due to negligent by external contractor the company suffer any lost of data or if the external contractor did not submit a back-up, the contractor takes every responsibility of rebuilding the site for no additional fee. Failure to comply, attract legal action that compels the contractor to refund full amount already paid plus the outstanding balance. Interest could be added accordingly on the total value to gather for time and business lost.
    • In terms of Printing contracts; the contractor must ensure every correction on the manuscript have been made before carrying out the final print-run. Any substandard production may warrant cancellation of such contract and amount paid already refunded to World Monetary Guide with interests. Contractors are requested to read and understand the present policy before they enter into any contractual agreement with World Monetary Guide as any default may attract serious consequences as stated.
  10. INCOMING CONTRACTS:
Contracts granted to World Monetary Guide for supplies of its products, and Services; Books, Newspapers, Magazines, Web site publishing, Research, Supplies of Financial data, Main News items, Financial reports, Business Plans, Seminars, Symposia, Conferences, Consultancy Services. Any delay for payment on this type of contract must witness an increase of 10% as addition to the principal debt.
  11. LANGUAGE
The advertising language particularly for contextually-targeted and label ads must be sent in the language or languages supported by World Monetary Guide advertising program. However, the advertising language may differ according to business area or country. While English is good for target audience in the UK, the USA, Canada and all English Speaking Countries, French, Spanish, Chinese, German, are equally good for target audience in those countries.
  12. STOPING PAYMENT OR DISCONTINUITY
Once a party has entered into an agreement with World Monetary Guide, it is presumed, a legal relationship has been concluded. Any stoppage while relationship is still in progress is prohibited. If a contracting party forcefully, and under an automatic law or business policy withdraw interest, World Monetary Guide has the right and will invoke an order to claim all or whole sum of monetary value on the contract or due benefit already accrued or benefit, and or values likely to accrue during a specific period where the other party is withholding World Monetary Guide's accruing revenue.
  13. The following derivative policy issues therefore emerged from 10 above.
    • If revenue inflow was accruing rapidly through steady activities on this Web site or services still rendering for instance, World Monetary Guide could go ahead to request the defaulting party to pay an amount of such steady figure according to the period of the inflow. This is to say, if the amount was accruing daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, annually or biannually; the money owed by the defaulting party will ultimately be calculated as a fix sum in the actual frequency of the revenue periods.
    • To explain this further, lets take a typical pay per click service from any provider for instance. If the PPC provider in an instance refuse payment and possibly disabled the program on account of invalid clicks noticed against World Monetary Guide, World Monetary Guide will first of all write for such provider to pay the actual amount accrued up to the day of disability. Continuing not to pay will then attract an amount in the tone of the accruing revenue in the last day of transaction before disability. If this happen, it means the established amount should be added as revenue to World Monetary Guide daily till the day the full amount owed is paid up.
    • The present policy is so to protect the interest of World Monetary Guide and other institutions that may be subjected to commercial abuse by PPC providers from time to time.
  14. Again, in terms of PPC program, a click start and stop at a time when a computer browser of an unknown third party clicks on the URL or the Domain name of an advertiser on the PPC providers Web site. Under no circumstances should a third or fourth party customer who carried out the click or clicks be responsible or be subject for the revenue of the advertiser or its commercial interest. However like window display advertisement, an independent customer may click to search for a product or service. World Monetary Guide earning policy on such activities should not rely on whether or not the independent customer who carried out the click or clicks is interested to buy the goods or service of a PPC advertiser. The paramount thing here is that eyes have seen the advert before clicking. So when payment is rejected on the grounds that goods or services were not bought to enable an advertiser earn revenue-World Monetary Guide fancied such opinion as completely against the PPC principle and must move on to claim every accumulated and expected revenue if deprived from the right to do so by a PPC provider.
  15. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS

World Monetary Guide hereby Prohibit the following transactions on either the Web site or upon any of its products and services.

    • Any attempt to withhold the company's revenue from service rendered.
    • This includes an attempt to defraud the company from its revenue by not paying amount for job done, accrued from revenue earnings, contract value, trade earnings, subscriptions and much more.
    • Any attempt to stop the company earnings accrued from PPC services for one reason or the other will be regarded as an attempt to defraud the revenue of the company.
    • No one should use World Monetary Guide in fraudulent services of any kind. Fraudulent services here means illegal financial activities like fraudulent transfer of funds, money laundering, money doubling, other illegal transactions involving credit cards, bank transfer.
    • Pornography, adult or mature content.
    • Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group or organisation.
    • Hacking/cracking content of subscription or relative trading matters.
    • Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia.
    • Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.
    • Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly, Knives and brass knuckles.
    • Sales or promotion of hard alcohol or beer.
    • Sales or promotion of tobacco-related products.
    • Sales or promotion of prescription drugs.
    • Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods and counterfeiting.
    • Sales and promotion of fake currency.
    • Any other illegal transaction not included herein but which international or state laws may brand or classify as illegal transaction in any future time.
  16. The present business policy is inexhaustible. World Monetary Guide will endeavour to add to the present policies as business activities and commercial transactions keeps on increasing in the future. We will amend this policy without due consultation with our customers. But any amendment would subsequently be communicated through our News Letters and Press Releases accordingly.
