General Terms and Conditions for The Use of WOMOGU Website Services and Products.

   4. License
      a. You acquire absolutely no rights or licenses and materials contained within the Service other than the limited right to utilize the Service in accordance with the TACS. World Monetary Guide reserve the right to deny the creation of your account based on World Monetary Guide's inability to verify the authenticity of your registration information. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You shall immediately notify World Monetary Guide by submitting FEEDBACK of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.       a. You may terminate the TACS, with or without cause and at any time, by discontinuing your use of the Service and destroying all materials obtained from the Service.
      b. You agree that World Monetary Guide, without notice, may terminate the TACS, or suspend your access to the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. The TACS will terminate immediately without notice from World Monetary Guide if you, in World Monetary Guide's sold discretion, fail to comply with any provision of the TACS.
      c. World Monetary Guide shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination or suspension of the Service. Upon termination of the TACS by you or World Monetary Guide, you must destroy promptly all material obtained from the Service and any copies thereof.
      
   10. Governing Laws:
       The TACS shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union-France and the United Kingdom of Great Britain without giving effects-of-law principles thereof. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the county, Magistrate or the High court (DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT OR VALUE OF INTENDED CLAIM) of the London Borough in London with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with the Service or from a dispute as to the interpretation or breach of the TACS.

       World Monetary Guide's Institute does not handles an accredited academic program or formal educational courses as is the case in private or governmental educational establishments. Its rather specializes on short term vocational and corporate manpower training offering business and financial professional programmes to improve proficiency and industrial performance. This is done through regular conferences, seminars and symposia, particularly when new service or upgrade is introduced into the financial system. Fees are charged for these services and must be fully paid for before attending.
   19. External Outreach Program
       This provides an opportunity where our team of experts travels to required regions of the world to train and impart new international developmental skills to professionals. The service must be paid in full before commencement. Also, the TACS conditions 1.1-1.17 above applied where necessary.

   21. Womogu Books:
       World Monetary Guide books cannot provide final answers to your problems. You must read several other titles to find solutions to your queries. By buying any book title either direct from us or through retail outlets anywhere in the world; you are aware of the following conditions: (1) World Monetary Guide should not be sued for any error or omission on the title. (ii) All accounts or value of the title must be paid for in full before supply or delivery. (iii) You must not photocopy, reprint, resale, or place for resale for commercial interest. (iv)You must pay every additional fees charged to cover postages and contingency costs incurred in the process of delivering the book(s) to you.
